CHERYL KING: Cheryl is a real estate closing attorney and the Director of the Infinity Institute. She frequently provides presentations to attorneys, mortgage companies, and real estate companies on negotiation, financing, loan fraud, contract creation, contract interpretation, cybersecurity, and social media. She is a certified instructor for the Georgia Association of REALTOR®’s Partners in Education Department.
She co-hosted the Home Radio real estate radio show on iHeart Radio and currently co-hosts the REALsmart real estate podcast. She published a monthly newsletter on Linkedin and her smartstips.com website.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. While attending the University of Richmond, she was the Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. She was named the University of Richmond’s “Woman Lawyer of the Year” by the National Association of Women Lawyers.
She and her husband are both Louisiana State University alumnae, and their daughter is currently at LSU studying engineering and computer science.
MAURA NEILL (ABR, AHWD, C2EX, e-PRO, GRI, HFR, MRP, PSA, MA) is a second-generation REALTOR® who combines her love of the industry with her passion for education. Alongside her husband, she operates a highly successful, referral-based real estate business grounded in client trust and strong professional partnerships. Maura also works with REALTOR® associations and leadership teams nationwide, guiding strategic planning, fostering effective leadership, and teaching continuing education courses on negotiation, business strategy, and client experience.
Her teaching has reached audiences across the United States and internationally, including speaking engagements in Canada and for RE/MAX Europe. Maura is the 2026 Vice President of Governmental Affairs for Georgia REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Party Fundraising Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS®. In these roles, she helps advance the advocacy work that protects property rights, promotes homeownership, and strengthens the REALTOR® community. She is a Platinum R RPAC investor, a member of President’s Circle, and was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame at the $75,000 level, Class of 2024.
Maura lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with her husband, Ben, and their Weimaraner, Luna.
